SOS for Bronx Bullies: Court Case Coming Up / Showing Needed

This Thursday, June 11, 7 men in the Bronx go on trial for dog fighting. WE NEED TO PACK THE COURT ROOM - IF ANYONE CAN TAKE THURSDAY MORNING FREE FROM WORK, WE DESPERATELY NEED YOU.

WHY THIS IS IMPORTANT:

* WE ALL SPEND SO MUCH TIME AND MONEY TRYING TO SAVE THESE DOGS WE SEE IN E MAILS
EVERY DAY. HOW MANY DO WE SAVE? MAYBE 5% OF THEM?

* THEY ARE MOSTLY PIT BULLS, OFTEN BRED FOR FIGHTING. WHEN WE FORCE OUR PUBLIC
OFFICIALS TO PUNISH DOG FIGHTERS SEVERELY, BY LETTING THEM KNOW WE ARE WATCHING,
WE CUT DOWN ON THE BREEDING OF PIT BULLS - THIS WILL SAVE MANY MORE LIVES THAN OUR DAY TO DAY RESCUE EFFORTS.

* THE JUDGE IS CONSIDERING A PLEA DEAL WITH THE DEFENDANTS. THIS MEANS THEY WILL
RECEIVE MISDEMEANOR CONVICTIONS, PROBABLY SERVE NO JAIL TIME AND, IN ALL
PROBABILITY, GET THEIR DOGS BACK TO FIGHT THEM AGAIN. HE NEEDS TO SEE US SITTING
THERE, WATCHING.

PLEASE, PLEASE HELP US TO MAKE A SHOWING. HERE IS THE INFORMATION:

Please be there at 9:00 am
lower level court room we think 210 but will update if room number changes
Bronx County Supreme Court - Criminal Division
265 E. 161st Street @ Morris
Bronx NY 10451 Bronx County Hall of Justice
265 E. 161st Street
Bronx, NY 10451
718-618-3100

Dont not forget, this is the same Bronx criminal Court that will be prosecuting Cheyenne Cherry, the Bronx teen who baked a poor kitten alive!

As showing by animal rights and/or welfare activists at this Bully-abuse hearing would doubly serve the purpose of showing that court, its judges and prosectors, that Americans take these offenses seriously and show should they.
